Method
# Remove the heads, slit the fish lengthwise along the stomach. Clean and remove the backbone and wash the fish well.
# Lay the fish flat on a wooden board, spread out and place a thali over the fish and place a weight so that the liquid oozes out of the fish. Wipe the fish dry with kitchen towels .
# Grind salt, jeera, red chillies and turmeric into a paste and apply this paste to the fish and keep aside for half an hour.
# Beat the eggs, and apply them to the fish.
# Keep cooking oil in a frying pan and heat it.
# Dip each fish in the bread crumbs and place them in the hot oil and fry.
# When done remove them into a plate.
