Method
Pour ghee in a vessel, and heat it. Fry the Rava and cook for ten minutes, stirring al the time. Add sugar and stir thoroughly, and add the plums and cardamom powder. If the sugar has not melted, and the ghee is not enough, the ingredients may splinter. While forming the Laddoos, sprinkling a little milk on the dough proves helpful to mold the Laddoos. Can be stored for a few days.
