Ingredients

 
Quantity Measure Number Ingredients Number Description:
100 Grams Rava/Soji/"Semolina" Soaked in milk
1 Teacup Milk for soaking rava.
900 Grams Flour, Maida - (Refined) to be kneaded
2 Nos. Eggs beaten
100 Grams Lard/Fat hot vegetable shortening lkke dala
  As Required Salt to taste
  As Required Cooking Oil For frying

Method

Soak the rava in milk for one hour.   Add soaked rava and beaten eggs to the maida and mix till it looks like bread crumbs.   Pour hot dalda, and knead well with a little milk if required.  Form into kulkuls by rolling a little dough at a time, over the fork and keep aside for frying.

Fry it in deep oil.
