Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
1 Teacup Water Make a syrup of sugar and water.
3 Teacup Sugar, Table Make a syrup of sugar and water.
1 Teacup Rava/Soji/"Semolina" Add
2 Teacup Coconut Desiccated Add
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence Add
1 Salt-Spoon Food Colour Add
1 Teaspoon Butter Grease the pan

Method

Make a syrup of sugar and water. Add the desiccated coconut and soji, add some vanilla essence and food coloring. Cook till it leaves the sides of the vessel. Grease the pan and pour the mixture in it and spread it flat and cut when it is hot.
