Method
Wash and cut meat,
Crush the bones, pepper corns, cinnamon, cloves etc.
Scrape/cut the vegetables and onions etc.
Put all in water and boil for about an hour.
Remove the floating scum and strain the stock, with the meat.
Add salt to taste.
This is the base of brown soups.
