Method
Wash, cut and boil the potatoes well, till they turn to pulp. Mash them well. Boil the milk with sliced onions mint leaves, pepper corns and ginger Then strain.
Keep butter or ghee on the fire, in a vessel, and sprinkle the maida flour Stir fry the flour till it turns brown, then add it to the milk and stir well.
Now add the mashed potatoes and stir well. Bring it to the boiling point, add salt to taste. Serve hot.
