1 | Teaspoon | Coriander Leaves (Kothmeer) | chopped fine |
2 - 2,1/2 | Teacup | Buttermilk (Chach, Muttaha) | |
1 | Tablespoon | Cooking Oil |
Method
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender. Add more buttermilk if necessary.
Add grated ginger .
The batter should be relatively thin. salt to taste Keep aside for 20 - 30 minutes.
Heat ioil on a griddle and pour 1 large spoon of batter on it shallow fry
Spread by gently rotating the griddle. Roll the Dosa in a three-fold cylinder.
Put some oil (1/2 tsp.) over Dosa. Lift with a spatula as for basic Dosa.
Serve hot with onion and/or coconut chutneys.
