Method
Mince tomatoes, onions, and mint leaves. Clean and wash plums. Heat ghee and add plums, when they are swollen, remove them, then fry and soften the onions in the same ghee add to it the tomatoes, Mix the spice powders, sugar and sal. Stir and keep down from the fire. Add the plums and mix well.
