Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Almonds
1 Teaspoon Cardamom Powder
1 Tablespoon Cashew Nuts
0.5 Teacup Condensed Milk
4 Tablespoon Ghee
1 Pinch Kesar/Saffron
1 Teacup Milk
1 Tablespoon Raisins
1 Teacup Rava/Soji/"Semolina"
1 Teacup Sugar
1.5 Teacup Water

Method

1.Take Ghee (clarified butter) in a non stick pan and add Semolina to it. Roast it until semolina turns golden brown. DO NOT BURN SOJI.
2.Continue doing it for 2-3 minutes on a low flame. The roasted rava can now be removed and placed aside in a dish.
3.Now take sugar, milk & condensed milk in a vessel. Add cardamom powder to it.
4.Slowly add Rava to this milk mixture, stir the mixture very well and avoid any lump formation.
5.Add dry fruits & saffron to this mixture and cook it until dry and the Ghee (clarified butter) separates from the rava.
6.Serve it hot OR chilled.
