Method
Take a pan and fry mustard seeds, Coriander seeds, Dry red chillies without oil and keep them aside.
Cut the Tomatoes into small pieces.
Fry tomatoes also in the oil for 10 min.
And keep them aside.
When it cooled salt add tamarind to Tomatoes and grind all of these .
