Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
10 units Egg Whites To be beaten with sugar
450 Grams Sugar, Table To be beaten with egg whites.
225 Grams Rava/Soji/"Semolina" Add to ground almonds
225 Grams Almonds (Badam) Grind to a paste and mix with sojee
250 Grams Butter Mix with sojee batter
15 Ml. Rose Water Add to sojee batter

Method

First knead sugar and whites of eggs, beaten to a stiff froth; then add Soji and almonds and lastly the butter and rose water. Keep stirring. Add a little salt and bake the next morning.
