Quantity Measure Ingredients Description
6 Nos Chicken Legs Skinned
200 Grammes Mushrooms Washed and quartered
5 Medium Onions Finely minced WHITE onions
8 Flakes Garlic Finely minced
Half Teaspoon Pepper Powder For taste
5 Tablespoon Olive Oil For frying
Half Teaspoon Oregano Herbs
Half Teaspoon Basil - dry Herbs
Half Teaspoon Rosemary Herbs
3 Tablespoon Wine, White For taste
One Tablespoon Vinegar White For taste
1 Teaspoon Salt For taste


Wash the chicken legs and separate legs into thigh and drumstick.

Fry onions and garlic with salt, till semi fried, add mushrooms. 

Fry chicken separately, in a frying pan till half  brown. Add chicken to onions and mushrooms, add vinegar, white wine, salt  and herbs. Cover with a lid and cook on a slow flame until cooked.
