Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
3 Big Coconuts - fresh. Place in a vessel
750 Grams Sugar, Table Add sugar to coconut
1 Tablespoon Butter Add to the mixture
12 units Eggs Add egg yolks and stir
800 Grams Rava/Soji/"Semolina" Add to the mixture
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder Mix
1 Teaspoon Caraway Seeds (Shahi Jeera) Mix


The sugar needed has to be of the same weight as the scraped coconut.

Pour a cup of water into a vessel add the sugar and keep on fire. When sugar is melted, put it down and let it cool. Then add all the ingredients and keep for a few hours. Make little balls of the mixture and place them on a thali, sprinkled with maida and bake.
