Milk Cream Toffee 2

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
1 Liter Milk, Buffalo (fresh) Boil
0.5 Kilogram Sugar, Table add
100 Grams Cashew Nuts add
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence add


Boil the buffalo's milk (its fat is yellow Cow's milk fat is white) in a broad vessel like a wok, till the milk quantity if reduced to half. Add sugar and boil till it is dissolved, and add finely powdered cashew nuts , (the powdered cashew nuts should be sieved so that the fine powder is taken out) and keep stirring till it leaves the pan. Put a lump of the material in a saucer of cold water, and if it forms into a ball, it is done.; Now add vanilla essence, and pour it into a buttered plate and cut, or put it into moulds.
