Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
200 Grams Ghee Heat the ghee
500 Grams Rava/Soji/"Semolina" Fry in ghee.
3 Teacup Water Boiling
200 Grams Sugar, Table Stir in and dissolve
1 Teaspoon Cardamom Powder Stir in
2 Tablespoon Almonds (Badam) Broken, stir in
2 Tablespoon Plums  
  As Required Salt  

Method

Heat the ghee, put rava in it, and stir till it is brown. Then add hot water, sugar, cardamom powder, almonds and plums. Cook till it is thick. Stir all the while. Pour into a flat greased dish and allow it to cool and then cut into pieces.
