Method
Soak and grind the rice into a batter, in the coconut juice extracted from the scraped coconuts. Grind it with Jaggery. If you prefer, you can use milk instead of coconut juice, and sugar instead of Jaggery
Boil the batter till everything is cooked. There should be sufficient water to make it a thin batter, and the resulting Khir should be neither very thick or very thin. Can add plums and blanched almonds if desired.
