Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
8 Nos. Onions Slice
A Little Ginger (Adhrak) Cut
1 Bunch Coriander Leaves (Kothmeer) wash, and cut in bits
6 Medium Chillies Green Mince and mix
1 Teaspoon Garam-Masala Mix
1 Teaspoon Jeera (Cumin Seeds) Mix
A Little Salt  
400 Grams Flour, Gram /Chana Ata Add to form batter
  As Required Cooking Oil For frying


Slice the onions, cut the ginger, coriander leaves etc and mix with the spice and Jeera powders with salt to taste. Add the gram flour. If it is still dry add a little water to make a thick batter. Heat the oil in a deep pan, and drop in the boiling oil small lumps of the batter and fry well. Remove on a strainer.
