| 4 | Teaspoon | Coriander Powder | |
| 4 | Teaspoon | Garlic Powder | |
| 3 | Teaspoon | Jeera Powder | |
| 1 | Teaspoon | Mint Leaves (Pudina) | dried |
| 4 | Teaspoon | Paprika | |
| 3 | Tablespoon | Red Food Colour | Deep red |
| 1 | Teaspoon | Yellow Food Color |
Method
Mix all together and store.
The coriander and cumin powders must be freshly ground.
Use as required.
This will keep for months if stored in an airtight container.
