Method
Hard boil the eggs, shsell them, and cut in halves and keep aside.
Clean and wash the spinach, and cut it fine in small pieces, and add soda bi carb, and cook in quarter cup of water, till done. When cool, blend in a mixer.
Fry the cut onion, ginger, and chillies. Add turmeric powder and fry again. Add the spinach, and salt. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Top up with hot water if the mixture is very thick. Add the hard boiled eggs, and potatoes. Ssimmer for some time. Add salt to taste. Finally add the condensed milk, and put the stove off. Allow to cool. You can also use coconut milk in place of condensed milk.
