Mutton Bafat with Coconut Juice

Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
1 Nos. Coconut (Narial) Scrape and extract juice
1 Kilogram Mutton Wash and cut
8 Large Chillies Red Dry For Grinding
8 Nos. Pepper Corns For Grinding
1 Teaspoon Mustard Seed (Sarson) For Grinding
1 Teaspoon            Jeera (Cumin Seeds)         For Grinding
1 Small Turmeric/Haldi For Grinding
2 Dessertspoon Coriander(Dhania) For Grinding
3 Medium Onions For Sliced Masala
4 Medium Chillies Green For Sliced Masala
1 Inch Ginger (Adhrak) For Sliced Masala
4 Flakes/Cloves Garlic (Lason, Losun) For Sliced Masala
400 Grams Potatoes Peel and cut
  As Required Salt to taste
3 Tablespoon Ghee  
2 Tablespoon Vinegar  

Method

 Scrape and grind the coconut,  Extract thick and thin juice.  
Cook the meat, ground and sliced masala in thin juice.    Cook till the meat is tender.
 Add the potatoes  or carrots, or cabbage. and Salt to taste.
 Heat ghee and add to the cooked meat with the vinegar for taste.

Lastly add the thick juice, and simmer for 10 minutes.
