Method
Scrape and grind the coconut, Extract thick and thin juice.
Cook the meat, ground and sliced masala in thin juice. Cook till the meat is tender.
Add the potatoes or carrots, or cabbage. and Salt to taste.
Heat ghee and add to the cooked meat with the vinegar for taste.
Lastly add the thick juice, and simmer for 10 minutes.
