Method:
Grind the masala with the ingredients set aside above. Make a paste in 2 cups of water, by using some water to grind, and the rest of it, to wash the grinder and boil for an hour. Add water to get the sauce consistency you want.
In a sauce pan, put the ghee, and fry some crushed garlic, and then add the sauce. This sauce is for temporary use.
