Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
150 Grams Flour, Maida - (Refined) or Corn flour - Sieve the flour.
115 Grams Butter Cream the butter and sugar
85 Grams Sugar, Table Cream the butter and sugar
1 Nos. Eggs Add the egg, and blend it
A Little Lime Juice Add a little lime juice and essence, and blend.
A Little Vanilla Essence Add a little lime juice and essence, and blend.
55 Grams Cornflakes roll them in crushed Cornflakes

Method

Sieve the flour. Cream the butter and sugar, till you get a light. Add the egg, and blend it. Add a little lime juice and essence, and blend. Then add the flour and mix to get a dough. Make fifteen portions, and roll them in crushed Cornflakes, and bake them in 325 f oven for 30 minutes.
