Method
Pare and cut pumpkin and potatoes. Crush, cinnamon, cloves and pepper corns. Slice, onions, ginger and mint leaves.
Boil all in 2 cups of water, till the contents are soft and mash them with a ladle, and continue to boil. Strain the soup.
In a sauce pan, heat the butter, and pour in it the milk, and simmer, then add the pulp liquid.
Add salt to taste and serve.
