Method:
Beat the eggs whites, stiff, with a pinch of salt. Add the sugar gradually, stirring in the cashew nuts broken into tiny pieces with the essence and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 30 minutes.

Grease and dust the trays with flour and bake in the center of the oven.
