Method
Pick and wash the plums, blanch and chop the almonds, Heat the ghee in a deep pan, and put the gram flour in it and stir and fry for fifteen minutes. Let the flour get cooked in the ghee.
After removing from the stove, add cardomom powder, powdered sugar and mix and make laddos.
