3 | Flakes/Cloves | Garlic (Lason, Losun) | finely minced |
1 | Teaspoon | Garam-Masala | to taste |
1` | Salt-Spoon | Salt | to taste |
1 | Bunch | Coriander Leaves (Kothmeer) | finely minced |
1/2 | Bunch | Mint Leaves (Pudina) | finely minced |
1 | Tablespoon | Lemon Juice | OR VINEGAR to taste. |
Method
Remove the Soya granules from the water, after they have turned spongy. Squeeze all the water, and wash again. Squeeze well again and mix all the above ingredients, form into croquettes and fry in a shallow pan.
