| 2 | Tablespoon | Olive Oil | For frying vegetables |
| 8-10 | Nos. | Curry Leaves (Kadi patta) | Wash, dry and fry |

Method
Sauté all the above ingredients, except the cauliflower in a pan.
Add cauliflower, cut into florets, and fry these in the pan.
Add salt to taste.
Fry 10 Curry leaves . Add water as required and cook the vegetables.
Take out of the pan and keep in a mixing bowl, and put mayonnaise on top, and mix.
