Cabbage and Carrots Fugath

Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
200 Grams Cabbage - Green *Patta Gobhi) Cut in slices
200 Grams Carrots (Gajar) Pared and cut in slices
1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil For seasoning
1 Teaspoon Mustard Seed (Sarson) For seasoning
1 Medium Onion Siced, For seasoning
  As Required Salt To taste

Method

Clean the vegetabgles and cut them for cooking.   In a vessel boil the vegetables and when done, make a seasoning in hot oil of mustard and sliced onion and  and add the cooked vegetables to it.   You can add some scraped coconut if you like.
