Method
Boil the milk in a broad and shallow vessel like a Wok, till the quantity of the milk, becomes half. At this time, put the powdered sugar, and continue to cook till the contents are almost dry. Add the rest of the ingredients, the crushed cashew or ground nuts, essence and butter, and till the contents, leave the sides of the vessel. Empty on to a buttered plate, and mould into desired shapes.
