Ingredients:

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
2 Nos. Egg Whites Beat with a pinch of salt
125 Grams Castor Sugar small crystal sugar. Or 110 gr. Icing sugar
100 Grams Cashew Nuts or more
1/2 Teaspoon Essence Of your choice

Method:

Beat the eggs whites, stiff, with a pinch of salt.   Add the sugar gradually, stirring  in the cashew nuts broken into tiny pieces with the  essence and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 30 minutes.

350 degrees. F - 182. C.

Grease and dust the trays with flour and bake in the center of the oven.
