Ingredients
| Quantity | Measure | Ingredients |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Tablespoon | Almonds |
| 1 | Teaspoon | Cardamom Powder |
| 1 | Tablespoon | Cashew Nuts |
| 0.5 | Teacup | Condensed Milk |
| 4 | Tablespoon | Ghee |
| 1 | Pinch | Kesar/Saffron |
| 1 | Teacup | Milk |
| 1 | Tablespoon | Raisins |
| 1 | Teacup | Rava/Soji/"Semolina" |
| 1 | Teacup | Sugar |

Method
1.Take Ghee (clarified butter) in a non stick pan and add Semolina to it. Roast it until semolina turns golden brown. DO NOT BURN SOJI.
2.Continue doing it for 2-3 minutes on a low flame. The roasted rava can now be removed and placed aside in a dish.
3.Now take sugar, milk & condensed milk in a vessel. Add cardamom powder to it.
4.Slowly add Rava to this milk mixture, stir the mixture very well and avoid any lump formation.
5.Add dry fruits & saffron to this mixture and cook it until dry and the Ghee (clarified butter) separates from the rava.
6.Serve it hot OR chilled.
