Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description
2 Teaspoon Badi Shep (Fenell Seed)  
5 Nos Karela cleaned cut and soaked in salt
2 Nos Onions cut in strips
5 Nos Potatoes cut into strips
1 Pinch Salt for taste
1 Pinch Turmeric Powder for taste

Method

Cut the Karela into halves, and then remove the pith, and again cut into semicircular thin pieces. Pare lathe potatoes and cut them into strips like "French Fries." 
Soak the cleaned Karela in salt for about 5 to 6 hours or longer. Dry. 
Deep fry the Karela pieces in very hot oil. Remove from oil and dry on kitchen napkin. Then in the same oil, deep fry the potatoes remove from pan and drain the oil well.

In another pan fry the onions till well done add the Badishep, haldi and salt then add the fried potatoes and Karela and mix well
